Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Event Host website (the "Service") operated by Event Host ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
2. Event Bookings and Payments
Our Service allows users to book tickets for events listed by hosts. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Attendee (User) Cancellations
If an attendee cancels a booking after making a payment, the following may apply:
- Cancellations made more than [e.g., 7 days] before the event start date may be eligible for a partial refund of [e.g., 75%], subject to a cancellation fee of [e.g., 25%] to cover administrative and processing costs.
- Cancellations made within [e.g., 7 days] of the event start date, or no-shows, are generally non-refundable.

3.2. Host Cancellations
In the event that an event host cancels an event for which you have a paid booking, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid. We will endeavor to process these refunds automatically to your original payment method within [e.g., 5-10 business days] of the cancellation announcement. Attendees will be notified via email of the event cancellation and refund status.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Event Host and its licensors.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least [e.g., 30 days] notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
